Your best luck is to try to figure out old email passwords, go through recovery, and do whatever you personally
feel you can do to the best of your ability to recover the account based off of the knowledge you currently have. If that does work then you'll have to try this.. No troll honestly, but straight from Google;
"To create an Instagram account from a computer:
Go to instagram.com.
Click Sign up, enter your email address, create a username and password or click Log in with Facebook to sign up with your Facebook account.
If you register with an email, click Sign up."
