Seems like there is no option to do so or it's just me?

There is an option to only report posts. If you think a profile violates our policies, PM a staff member with link and explanation or report one of the user's posts as Other with explanation.

You may only report posts, I would contact staff if you have any specific issue with a member that isn’t already outline in the rules.
