Problem upgrading via bitcoin - Accord - Jan 25, 2020
I am trying to upgrade my account, the button keeps on loading and i check the developer option > network and i get the 404 result.

Is there anything i can do? the bitcoin was just donated to me. thanks.

Potentially try a different browser for a temporary fix?
Although it's saying the user doesn't exist?

Im using firefox, is this website not good with firefox? ill try to use chrome.
and yes, but i dont really get why i dont exist because i totally a registered user here.

I use firefox all the time and it works.
If all else fails find a trusted user, open a contract and send them the BTC and make their offer the upgrade and they can purchase you the upgrade through UID.

Can confirm just went over to the upgrade page out of curiosity and sure enough I get an endless loading wheel on the BTC upgrade option. Might be something to do with the GET request its trying to send to a webpage I'm assuming?

I dont want to try sending money to others, this btc was just donated and i dont want it to get scam. ill just wait on staff response, thanks for the suggestion.

you can tag Staff members if you weren't aware of that. Not to 'SPAM' the Staff, but it's a bigger chance on being seen I think.

We have a new payment system in-place. Others have upgraded fine. Do you use any incognito or private mode on the browser?
