That’s what I need to do, fuck the cigarettes off and just cut down on the weed it will make a massive difference RE: I successfully left smoking - Herbert - Jan 27, 2020 takes a lot of willpower, have you noticed any negative effects? I know certain people get more aggressive and stressed. That's true, I am more aggressive now, I get irritated easily. My girlfriend is just sick of me, I shout on her on small small things. My behavior has changed completely and I am taking more stress now. RE: I successfully left smoking - Snowwy - Jan 27, 2020 Nice. Well done. How much money have you saved? So I saved around $700-800 till now. and It is less about money and more about my health. Been through a similar situation with a roommate, noticed him constantly shaking/nervous all the time, one day it got out of control broke the door, some furniture, and got himself hurt pretty bad over a small argument. I would focus on that though, ways of calming yourself down and dealing with stress. RE: I successfully left smoking - Timotev - Jan 27, 2020 Any tips on how to do it? I thought on swapping to vape. RE: I successfully left smoking - hot.drop - Jan 27, 2020 I currently smoke as well I really want to stop, did you just stop or was there anything you did to get you to stop? RE: I successfully left smoking - Citoa - Jan 27, 2020 I am also thinking of stopping smoking, but I think I am in love with the ritual and socialising aspect that it carries and not with the nicotine. When I think of smoking I think of how easier it is to start talking with another fellow smoker. I also like to have a cigarette when I am alone, at night and thinking about something. It just helps me think. Or it can also give me a break from thinking. After I have studied for 1-2 hours I take a smoke break for 5 minutes and clear my head. So that is why I like smoking. It will be very hard for me to stop but I am trying. RE: I successfully left smoking - SIM-4569310 - Jan 27, 2020 Nice thing that you quit smoking. Good for your health and sporting career |
