Locked Android Phone - Rottenraccoon - Jan 29, 2020
Hey fellas.
I got locked out of my Galaxy S8. Changed the pattern late at night and can't remember it now. Techs at the shop said FRP and OEM locks are on so there is no way to save my photos and contacts from a factory reset. Google's useless Find My Device doesn't change the password. Dr fone doesn't support models after S6.
Anyone can help with this please? I am willing to take this to the market section if needed.

If you are unable to log into your google account, it can be hard to recover data (because these are probably encrypted). If you've had data sync with your google account enabled (it should be on by default unless you changed this setting yourself) then you should be able to recover contacts but probably nothing after that

You can either flash a zip file that removes locks or use the adb tools from a pc
You'll need adb drivers for 2
You'll need a custom recovery for 1
Search for these on xda forums

I WOULD RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS IF YOU ARE A NOOB AND JUST WIPE YOUR USER DATA ON YOUR STOCK RECOVERY
