They told me that they will reorder the food for me, but its been more than an hour now... Does anyone know what their refund policy is???

I called him to check on the order status. The incident happened while I was on the phone with him
Called uber 30 minutes later to verify and they said the same.
Kinda pissed at how unprofessional some drivers are

He should’ve disarmed the knife wielding maniac and used the knife to help in the kitchen to get your food out quicker.
Customer service is the biggest problem in the third party delivery industry.
