Start a contract!

- Don't waste my time if you're not serious.
- The down payment (or deposit) is non-refundable.
- Whenever I state in the contract that the down payment is refundable if not delivered, it means that if I fail to create the product, I will refund. If you change your mind a couple days after ordering a service, I won't refund. This is because you've already wasted my time and I started building the product. I also have a team of UI/UX designers so keep that in your mind.
