How do I resolve a dispute with a member that has been banned? - AMGTech - Feb 13, 2020

Hi,

So I have a member that disputed a contract because he is an r tard and couldn't figure out a simple task, didn't even ask me for help.. Just disputed the contract.

Now his profile has been banned, what am I supposed to do?

I would either wait for an admin to see it and clear it, or politely request that one of them look into it.

I even messaged him and posted on the thread saying to contact me for support and I will help you, there was no need for dispute, but then he got banned :(

Because I don't want open disputes on my profile?

Ya I have the same problem. One of them the person opened a contract and didnt pay, then opened a dispute demanding a refund for the product he didnt even pay for. He ended up getting banned a day later and the dispute remains open today

Asking you for refund when he didn't even pay 😂

There is some problems with contract system, I got one guy dispute me because I didn't reply for 5 mins because I was attending to my family.. It's unfair
It makes me look bad for no reason and I see people all around the forum think you are scammer so whenever you are mentioned they say he is scammer.. It is joke

Nothing will happen, staff members don't get involved in disputes so there's nothing they can do. Have already tried before :/
