user argued with me about going first, we agreed that I would send half (30m), he would send the payment and then I would send him the other half. After giving him the 30m, he refused to pay until I sent him the full amount, then refused to give me back my 30m when I told him the deal was off

Rip that sucks, do you have any videos, you could probably get him closed if its full evidence he just took the stuff and ran.

Yeah, I just thought closing him if u had evidence would be best so he doesnt go on a scamming spree.
