Yes, he was online, and he said he didn't see it. Told him to wait a minute as it hadn't broadcasted. He then said he saw it, and asked for my paypal. When I gave it to him, immediately went offline. I have discord chat.

I feel bad for you OP you have lost nearly 1k due to bad people on this site. All I am going to say to you is try and deal with smaller amounts because people will exit for a small amount like $200 these days. It's shitty but true.
