My website has been getting hit with a NTP attack for more than 24 hours - Herion - Feb 24, 2020 Server has been null-routed however is there anything I can do to stop it? In the past attacks would always last for like an hour max and after a server restart we would be all fine and well. However this one is something different and has contentiously been hitting our server with sometimes a random peak. I do have a VPS at [censored]. If someone has any tips, please let me know! RE: My website has been getting hit with a NTP attack for more than 24 hours - Cyber Rick - Feb 24, 2020 Not much you can really do besides get a better VPS/one with DDoS mitigation or request a new IP (if possible). Lmk if you're interested in switching providers. RE: My website has been getting hit with a NTP attack for more than 24 hours - mrjammy - Feb 24, 2020 im just wondering why your not using CDN ? RE: My website has been getting hit with a NTP attack for more than 24 hours - Shisho - Feb 25, 2020 You’ll have to switch the public IP to a fresh one by adding a new one to your [censored] server and configure it using the out-of-band console then delete the old IP so it isn’t routed to your server anymore. Hide your site behind something like Cloudflare or else risk staying down. RE: My website has been getting hit with a NTP attack for more than 24 hours - SpackHost - Feb 25, 2020 Just go under cdn, if you can use cloudflare or other shit, use it. or change hosting, gamehosting.it is the best for ddos.
