Display settings showing unknown display (Dual monitor) - zetza - Mar 8, 2020

Hey

I'm having an issue where I can't connect an external monitor to my laptop running Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS. The display is connected through HDMI, and in my display settings it's showing the following:

My laptop is an ASUS TUF FX504GM, here's some info about the graphics card
Code

I've tried a bunch of things, including this without any luck unfortunately:
Code
sudo apt-get purge 'nvidia*'
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:graphics-drivers
sudo apt-get update
sudo ubuntu-drivers autoinstall
sudo prime-select nvidia

Any help is appreciated
