Hi, i would like to know if anyone can teach me how to take control of a computer from a distance, i don't really have some hack skills or a good computer but i'm really, really motivated, so if you have the time i really appreaciate some help. Thank you

If you want actual help or guidance you are going to need to provide A LOT more information.
"A computer"... what computer? A laptop? A desktop? Where is it located? A school? A friends house? Can you connect to their internet? Can you access the computer physically?

Okay so i will explain the entire situation before going to sleep
So it's à desktop on a school, i don't have acces physically but i know one weebsite where he go everyday (i cannot post the link)
His computer is connected with my highschool wifi
And i know we can see the log of the wifi.
So i will give my motivation : This men is a really, really bad guy. We are pretty sure he's a nazi (it's not a joke) and he's an immond bastard. I want to down his computer and take the more information possible.
A last information the localisation of his computer is in France, in the region Auvergne Rhône Alpes. I think i said all i know. Oh, a last thing. He's really not good in computer stuff so...we can abuse that.
Well about me i have really no money to put in there but if you have some advice i take them gratefully

Take my advice. Just dont do it this way. For real you want to counteract hate with hate. The result will just be more hate. And thats really not what you want. Lets say you are this nazi person, how much would you like to get fcked with like what you want todo to him? No matter what he did, there are reasons why he behaves like he does. Im pretty sure he has a much more lousy life then you. If you want to end his assholeness for good then try to understand why he is like he is. You could speak up to a psychologists (in a forum or in private). In some countries the schools have social worker that are there because of such reasons. Your Motivation can be real, but the way you try to change him is not the way you will change him.

There are a lot of ways to accomplish this. For example deploying a RAT - you can control their pc from yours; using physical attacks - for example a bad usb; wirelessly exploiting it ect.
It really depends on how far away you are and how much you have access to.
