What is consciousness and how would someone know if they are fully aware of it?

I counter your question with one of my own.
How do we think our thoughts? Like, I'm aware our conscious gives us the ability to have the inner monologue we have. But, How does it work? Like is there any scientific explanation of it? Or, Is it an undiscovered wonder of the world? It fascinates me to think about it. Especially when I'm stoned. Like now.

I think consciousness is just a product of self-awareness. If you're asking that question, you're conscious :D

Consciousness is God, we are all God, we are all one.
