Loking for a license key software to protect my windows application - premiumdigitalgoods - Mar 15, 2020 Loking for a license key software to protect my windows application with monthly licenses.(written in python) RE: Loking for a license key to protect my windows application - h0lyl337 - Mar 15, 2020 license key for what program? RE: Loking for a license key to protect my windows application - premiumdigitalgoods - Mar 15, 2020 (Mar 15, 2020 07:32 PM)h0lyl337 Wrote: license key for what program? There was a grammatical error sorry, i'm looking for something to protect my windows application with licenses. RE: Loking for a license key software to protect my windows application - Flash7475 - Mar 15, 2020 The Pyarmor library would probably be your best bet at encrypting a python file to work on a licencing system that allows you to implement monthly licencing. https://pypi.org/project/pyarmor/ Although it is still a python script and this might not be the robust way to do it. RE: Loking for a license key software to protect my windows application - SIM-1866423 - Mar 16, 2020 Doesnt matter your code still will be reversible, python is not good way to do it. RE: Loking for a license key software to protect my windows application - Oscura - Mar 16, 2020 No obfuscation is perfect. Your best bet is to let the server software implement all core and licensing functionality (lean client) and only let the authenticated client communitate with the server through a well-defined API. i.e. the user has to authenticate with the server using the client. The server will check if the user has a license/verify a given license, and will only provide the requested functionality if such a license exists. A user should have no way to inspect/influence the code residing on the server (compared to the the client code). You make it. You expose your current script via HTTP and create a new script (API) that connects to that server RE: Loking for a license key software to protect my windows application - premiumdigitalgoods - Mar 16, 2020 (Mar 16, 2020 06:14 AM)Charger Wrote: You make it. Like hf crypters licenses systems but i don't find anymore this service RE: Loking for a license key software to protect my windows application - Charger - Mar 16, 2020 (Mar 16, 2020 06:22 AM)premiumdigitalgoods Wrote: I don't know how to do this :( The nature of python makes that impossible. Python is basically a text file that an interpreter reads on demand.
