The service sounds good, however in your terms of service you've written this:
"There won’t be an argument for “what is sales trash”. If we deem a post is trashing sales then your private group spot, future updates, and support will be voided."
So let's say that I'm not really satisfied with this, if I post a review I'll get zero support and help from your side?

If a user does sales trash without contacting me first and asking for a replacement or compensation without showing proof of lack of adds then your future replacements and support will be voided. Also, the user will be blacklisted from purchasing any of our products again.
