Hello you can send unlimited emails ! But you are responsible of the reputation of your smtp server. The server is built from scratch so is reputation his neutral !

What kind of servers u use OVH or myloc cuz i know mostly of people who use rotation IPs get servers from these company so i know the 100% inbox it's not possible from these company for sure !!!

No ip rotation, simple server with neutral reputation for this low price.
