So i made this artwork for my band, but i feel like there are some stuff off? just dont know what to change?

Eh that oil paint looks weird but without it, it looks even weirder..
I like the over all picture but I think you should try the following:

You should blur the oil pain inside the mouth and eyes where I outlined it. Get rid of the oil paint in them area's and keep it in the rest and it might look better :)

Nah I saw that... and that's why I said it looked weird with and without the oil paint. That's why I suggested finding a nice balance between the two..
