So, last night I get a discord message from one of my customers that I used to sell labels to and eventually sold the method to. He sends me a link to this a thread selling USPS Priority Shipping Labels - https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=6058919
At first, I'm like "woah, this is what I used to do". Some background information: I sold labels for a couple of months, I would say I sold the most shipping labels on HF at a steady rate of selling 30-50 labels a day and making hundreds. Then I scroll down and guess who I see! I see @Tremorz, which used to be a customer of mine which I sold him two of my main methods of creating shipping labels for a dirt cheap price because he was in "debt" and "sick". He says that he's teaming up with @Swifter (person who started the post, I'm guessing Tremorz hit Swifter up to post for him since Swifter obviously has a better position and reputation here on HF)

Now, this is weird because exactly a week to a week and a half ago, I sold my two label methods to Tremorz for a dirt cheap price and he was very grateful. He even said he would pay me to never resell the method, which seemed like a good idea. And as time went, Tremorz opened up his label service and sold the same labels to my same old customers using my same methods. I also sold a few more copies of my methods after selling it to Tremorz and he would message me on discord very angrily every time, explaining how he is in debt and how I'm killing his service. A service he would have had no idea about until I literally blessed him.

Now he states that these are 2 different methods that he's teaming up with Swifter to sell and in the FAQ, they said that they've been using it for two years and that this is what Tremorz uses to sell his labels. However, he still uses the label methods I sold him and is just trying to get a quick buck with his buddy, Swifter.

Is it just me or does this seem sketchy as f*ck? I sell my methods to a guy and a week later, he opens a shop with someone selling two methods for my exact service. If you don't believe that I was actually running sh*t during my label service days, check my label service thread.
I won't open any dispute until either of you prove to me that BOTH methods you are selling do not involve with any of my methods in any sense. These "private" methods you are selling for $70 are just ridiculous at this point. I am giving you guys the chance to PM me and prove that these methods are all yours and aren't the ones I sold to you the other day. No selling rights were given, and if this sh*t continues I'd rather just give out the method for free at this point (due to how public it is getting already). And you claim that the methods I sold you were "public", but you had no fucking clue about labels or anything until I helped you out buddy. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say here, if any other proof is needed feel free to let me know. This isn't a dispute or claim, rather a BE CAREFUL of who you meet online.
Tremorz claims he's in the hospital and has coronavirus so he can't show me the methods. Nice.
UPDATE: Swifter has PM'd me questioning the neg. This is what he says Tremorz has claimed....

Sorry but that's just bullshit, I have payment proofs, discord chat proofs, and we even opened a contract for the label methods during the time of payment. Tremorz had no prior knowledge of anything in the label industry until he reached out to me and I sold him the methods. I SMELL BULLSH*T.
Now, Swifter, I'm not directly pointing this at you because you may know what you know and Tremorz may be bullshitting you all the way through. All I'm saying is prove to me that these aren't my methods in any way and I will delete the thread and leave y'all alone. Swifter, you know how sketchy this is right now and you guys are trying to start something you don't want to. PM me with further details, this is mostly towards Tremorz and his cancer behavior.
Swifter, your negative rep will be removed once you stop endorsing and promoting frauds. You know the situation now, let me know what you think.

I didn't realize the user has bought the method from this user above. For that reason I will close the service and end the partnership with this user. Sorry for any misunderstandings that we might have had. I never sell products/services that were obtained by others as all my content are made by myself. This was the first time I decided to introduce a partner to a new project but seems like it's not such a good idea. Thank you for bringing this to my attention and we are currently solving this issue through discord.

You aren't the guy to blame Swifter, you're the middleman in this. You're just posting the thread and endorsing Tremor'z "methods". However, Tremorz has lied to your face, just like he did to mine. And you believed him and made the thread which was not worth it. Thanks for closing and ending the service, my job is done here.
