Is this using other people’s cracked instacart accs and their ccs?
Is this using any sort of fraud such as claiming order is not delivered?

I have coupons of 25% discount varying between $25-$50 . So that means nowadays corona is there and people are unable to go out so I thought to sell this here and they can get the products that they order being delivered within few hours of order being placed and that too on discount
