Does anyone know if it is safe to port forward my rat on my network, or should I use a port hosting service?
I'm just kind of paranoid that someone will find my ip or some shit.

Ofcourse it is. Any trace that can lead authorities to u is bad.
Using a hosting isnt safe either, they can and will give info about u to authorities if asked to.

Yes, it isnt safe at all. U can use, but do it from a vpn, try masking your real identity as much as possible.
