Webdesign UI/UX - Improvements? - Zee - Mar 30, 2020

Hey HF,

I have recently been working on a project, and I need your honest opinions on this Webdesign. If you have any feedback, please let me know. I haven't been doing UI/UX designs for a long time, and I feel like there is room for improvements.

Pretty nice, I like the colors

However it looks like kinda "empty", I don't know, maybe because of the background, or something else 🤔

Nice job though :)

I tried with a gradient background as well, but personally I felt like the white background would put more focus towards the main content. Sometimes I get stuck with the designing process, as I get used to looking at the design as I work on it, that's why I needed some feedback. But thank you for your feedback, I might consider implementing a Light/Dark mode.

Looks good to me. Can't spot anything wrong with it.

Here is some feedback.
  • Don't overuse gradients and use accordingly.

  • Work on your text placement, make use of the open space.

  • Buy/Sell looks like it's intended for mobile when it's not.

  • Always check your alignment.

  • Work on your layout.

From a design standpoint, it needs a lot of work.

It is intended for all devices, as the page is responsive, but besides that. Thank you for your constructive feedback, I will work on the things you listed in your reply. In terms of the layout, what exactly could I improve in that area?

For starters, halve the width of Buy/Sell and extend width of graph.

Thank you, I already have a similar layout for the Dashboard page, and I was worried it would look too similar, so I tried with some variety. I will work on the improvements you suggested, and see if I can come up with a different layout.
