Hey buddy,
Take a look on Amazon, most of the time they sell keys for almost nothing, better than using any KMS shitty programs
Look about Windows 10 Pro, usually cheaper

You can find some vendors selling them on HF as well as online on Kinguin, Ebay, or other similar websites.
Pro Tip: Buy an OEM version as those cost much less (as they are not maintained by a third party).

Hi. I am from Singapore and there are some online stores in South East Asia (Shopee/Lazada/Alibaba) selling Windows 10 keys for like the equivalent of $1 (Applies to all editions). I've been using one for more than a year now with no issues. I can't say for sure if the same will apply to anyone else who purchases them.
Side note:
Some of the sellers throw in an Office 365 account together. Just ensure you use them carefully as they will give your a cooperate/education linked account email and the admins will be able to access your One Drive or Outlook if you utilize the email given. It may also be created with fraudulent sign ups. So if you plan to use it, just use for the purpose of activation and not for the 365 online services. Refer to THIS site for more info on this potential scam.
