I looking for some who has knowledge about reverse engineering, ASM or just know hot to decrypt encypted (bz2) file. I want to decrypt file with Sprites (graphics) from modded Tibia Client or just extract them to .png

Before him i went through about 6 other coders but none of them really seemed to care alot about the project.
I offered to pay him upfront about 3 times but he only wanted me to pay after the job was finished.
I sent him the source of my project and we pinned a date when he would help me.
Before we started he offered me to record his own screen while showing me how to fix the problem so i could watch it back.
And when he started screensharing he was prepared and had allready gone through the code so everything went smooth.
Overall experience: 10/10

The title is true. It is REALLY cheap. He made me a awesome tool in C# for just 40$. I'd say this is one of the best, cheapest and fastest services I have seen so far.
