I believe it used to be however, nowadays it's flooded with bots. But it's still a traffic source but not as much as it used it used to be.

Omegle still works, I average 30-100 adds per day with my script of spamming 1 account.
Active buyers every other day I say.

For sure! Just get someone who is on cam or talk to them for a minute to make sure they're not a bot or a time waster. When I used Omegle it would take me about 30 or so minutes to work the ewhoring into a conversation. You have to be prepared for that bullshit. lol

Tried it a couple times. Terrible leads. Like everyone else said , mostly broke guys trying to get free shit. If you hard sell them, you can squeeze some money out but not consistently. Trying out other sources right now

no you chat with bots only. It was really good when i was doing it 3 years ago. I was making really good money with the VCW scheme. Just playing a pre-recorded video to some guys for 60EUR. Really cool. But it died.

I think it isn't really a good tarric method, maybe it was but there are to many bots nowadays.
Try kiksexting, a lot of good
ewhore traffic right there.
