First design of yours I don't like. It's drawn well but doesn't really look appealing IMO.

The logo looks clean with good shading. I don't like that the banner has different color schemes when compared to the logo, I would like to see a similar theme. THe chain doesn't look that good as well since you can see where you used the eraser tool to fade it out.

Yes, looks good in my opinion I like
