Where can I find a clean link to get an web vulnerability scanner?
Acunetix is a good one I think, there are other pretty good also.

I would refer SKIPFISH if you looking free, available in kali and its give you nice detailed report.
or use wapiti open source also good but needs to setup with third party tools takes time.
