I need a free no scanning/no distribute uploader that i can direct download with 1 link. I need it for a downloader.

the best option is you sign up on some free hosting site and host your files there.

Free direct download sites are already under the radar of AV, and also there domain would already be detected and will cause detection when your downloader tries to download.

What should i do then? Should i use a vps server to host the exe instead?
