kyawins has Disputed a Contract with AwakenGP ( 3052383 ) - kyawins - Apr 25, 2020

My concerns with this method are echoed in a comment on the sellers post: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=6064181&page=2.

Reading through that will give a good explanation of the issues with the method, but to summarise a few key points and issues:

1. There is one whitehat method and it involves selling items online. Despite misleading comments on the sellers thread stating the method does not involve selling.
2. As the method involves selling, it is hard to guarantee any amount of money per day as there is no guarantee that items will sell.
3. As described in the contract, the method involves "private mentoring" I have received no mentoring.
4. The seller has failed to reply to me, despite stating they will begin the setup as soon as purchase is made.
5. I have not been added to any private group, despite the seller saying they would do so.

Overall, I feel let down by purchasing this method, it has not delivered on what was promised and clearly stated in the selling thread. Furthermore, the seller has provided misleading information in the comments section. I used these comments to help decide whether or not to buy the method, if replies to these comments had been honest, I would not have made this purchase.

Update:

- Had some discussion with Awaken on Discord but inactivity is slowing the process down (despite being told we'd get things sorted today).
- Awaken is no longer wanting to refund me claiming that by opening the dispute I have "broken the ToS" even though the thread does not have any ToS and the contract itself does not have any ToS that I could break.
- I am frustrated with the situation but understand that people can run into hurdles at times.
- I believe Awaken is no longer capable of delivering the service described in his thread (be it due to problems with his partner or a lack of time to mentor) and for this reason, I would appreciate a refund.

He is going to run with your money. Furthermore, he preyed on you as a newcomer and took advantage.

The ToS notion on his end screams con-artist. Sorry for your loss. 😕

I second this, i'm glad contracts and deal disputes exist to further stop shit like this it's kinda sad.

I can certainly see your points, I do remain faithful though as I genuinely believe Awaken has run into some problems with his partner/time management.

It's all really unfortunate, I just hope something can happen to prevent him from doing this to other people.

Pretty poor really, and he claimed I broke ToS that didn't even exist. No ToS were stated anywhere on his thread or in the contract.
He also left me negative feedback which would be great to have removed.

OP if this isn't resolved, make sure to put a negative B Rating in the contract to reflect on your negative experience.
