yes it scrapes from different pages (not just txt endpoints) and also checks for the availability.
(soon there will be a advanced proxy loader which people can choose which type of proxies they want to load & check)

How much this proxy scrap with your sources are they all pubic or its pvt aswell ?

they are mostly public but hardly to parse for generic text scrapers, my tool will scrape them for you, pm me sources if you want them implemented (if they have special formats)
