I find HF considerably less hostile than back in the day. If anything, there was just a shift in the rhetoric towards older members. Oftentimes they would act as if they owned the world while contributing little to HF in years.

couldn't have won the war without the cargo drivers.
a lot of older people demand respect for being apart of what hf is today and even if that was impacted by them on a miniscule level they still think of it this way, and i don't blame them as i said can't win a war without a cargo driver, all people serve their purposes in shaping a community.

I would agree with this. Granted I've only been here a couple years, but it's way less hostile in general than the first few threads I looked at. I recall there being a thread where Omni was lamenting the overall sense of entitlement that Ub3rs were displaying.

That doesn't fly anymore, there's literally no way to get in without giving some Cheeto chaser a bit of your coin. As stated in previous thread, groups are not what they once were, sure they've always been a money grab but good luck getting into one even if you're the HF snoop dog of weed.
