I'm wanting to be able to make Landing pages for customers on a test domain to show customers and then after we confirm a deal to than transfer to them. Will I need to purchase one for the test site and once again for every new customer? Even tough I'll be hosting all of them on my VPS?

The licences are linked to the domain name so sorry yes you would need to purchase for every new customer. You could always factor that into what you charge them though and if you end up buying many we could negotiate cheaper rates.
Also since you are an Uber, I'm willing to give you a vouch install of 1 of the plugins.

Trying to think of business name to use as a domain currently using one for a old project. I would love a vouch copy.

Amaranthe hooked me up very quickly with Elementor Pro. Already setup and in business! Would recommend this service!
