Currently I'm on a MacBook Pro and I'm looking for a rat that I can open run on here and preferably spread to windows, linux, etc.
Any recommendations would be appreciated Thank you!

OSX is a specific version of MacOS but I'm assuming you're looking for a MacOS compatible rat, just giving you heads up.

Java, Python, Ruby and so on will work on Mac without any problems
I am not aware which RATs work with it, but Wine is a tool that lets you run lots of Windows Apps on Mac/Linux, maybe look into that
If you want to use a specific RAT really bad, use Virtualbox and install a virtualized Windows

Check out "Poshc2 & Mythic" on Github ! They should both run on MacOS
