Native Screen Locker with Blur Effect | By Arsium - arsium - May 25, 2020
Hello everyone just wanna share my personal code with native api about screenlocker. This screenlocker can't be closing without rebooting.
Features :
-Blur Effect (and yes in winforms)
-LowLevel Keyboard Hooking avoiding to create new desktop and open taskmanager
-TopMost Window
-Handles system message through WndProc => &H2 (destroy) and if you got a way to 'close' this , it will reopen automatically
-Disable SC_Close with CreateParams (alt + f4 doesn't work)
