Favorite James Bond Movie? - Megatron - May 27, 2020 The James Bond franchise is one of those that seems like it will never go away. There are a ton of films, most of them being average-good and some of them being great. Which James Bond (007) film is your favorite, and why? My favorite is Dr. No, just because it is the first one and it seems so different and original compared to the other ones. Some honorable mentions for me would be The Man With the Golden Gun, Goldfinger, and Goldeneye (probably because I'm nostalgic about the N64 game). RE: Favorite James Bond Movie? - Deany - May 27, 2020 Oof this is a tough one but ima go with Goldeneye RE: Favorite James Bond Movie? - Scooby - May 28, 2020 (May 27, 2020 11:00 AM)Deany Wrote: Oof this is a tough one but ima go with Goldeneye Yup. A cinematic masterpiece. It was also the first one I ever saw and I remember being disappointed when Natalia wasn't in Tomorrow Never Dies lol. I was young and didn't understand the Bond formula. RE: Favorite James Bond Movie? - Big E - May 28, 2020 I haven't watched many of the older James Bond films, but I quite liked Quantum of Solace which was about 12 years ago and Spectre aswell which is a newer one. I thought Trevelyan (Sean Bean) was a pretty interesting villain and that the plot was different than the traditional Bond film. It's too bad they killed Trevelyan off. RE: Favorite James Bond Movie? - InternetProxy - May 29, 2020 Goldfinger is simply one of the best entries in the 007 franchise. Goldfinger had the elements to form a good spy thriller. The story was fun and quite humorous at times. It's mainly serious, but it has some pretty easygoing themes and cool characters (who doesn't love Oddjob?). RE: Favorite James Bond Movie? - SIM-2327840 - May 29, 2020 Casino Royale was the GOAT for me. Ivent seen the old ones though. That's one of my favorite contemporary ones. I thought they expertly introduced Daniel Craig, especially since one would think it would be hard to wrap your head around a fair haired Bond. I liked it especially because it didn't lean on action to create dramatic scenes, unlike the newer ones such as Spectre. RE: Favorite James Bond Movie? - zwz9U1ixura9 - Jun 2, 2020 Casino royale was the best one that Daniel Craig did. I also like Piece Brosnan ones as well, especially the world is not enough RE: Favorite James Bond Movie? - Megatron - Jun 3, 2020 (Jun 2, 2020 07:50 PM)zwz9U1ixura9 Wrote: Casino royale was the best one that Daniel Craig did. I've only seen Brosnan in GoldenEye. I wonder if they're as good or not.
