I am not making this to be petty, i am making this for those members who are fooled daily by these clowns & have their money stolen.

here are his Claims;

See clearly where he says "but we have some backups in place".

Well Swifter, some people buy it because of your set False advertising.

Upon a method not working and someone wanting to get their backup.

He says he doesn’t have a partner lol, but he let a random person claim he’s his partner and never once clarified they weren’t partners and when I asked him about it he said he “anyone can say anything on his thread”

I'll comment on this just once. Thread starters are allowed to edit their thread at any time. The change was made for future clients or customers that may come. No one told the user that he wasn't going to get the "backup" or updates. When "As of right now" was said it was corresponding to the time of our conversation. A day later after getting to the office an UPDATED method was sent out to the user who had messaged (REFER TO THE BELOW QUOTE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION).

Thread has always been closed since the starting of sales. My course was written and is not leaked or shared on other platforms. It was shared directly to him through google drive and the methods were discovered by me personally finding them when using the platforms listed in the course. Also, the methods were used many months on Shopify for personal use before the start of sales and have worked every time. No where on the thread did I state I'm selling a "PRIVATE NEVER BEFORE SEEN UNDISCOVERED NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT IT EXCEPT ME METHOD" but this is not a "COPIED/PUBLIC course" from some other platform as you're claiming. The user has paid for the course and I've delivered the course successfully to him after the payment, there are two methods in the course as promised and user hasn't even tried the second method.

-- An update was sent to the user as apart of the LIFETIME UPDATES offered in his purchase. User has not responded.

As said before if more methods are found other than what is listed in the course it will be provided as an update to the users purchase.

Also per conversation the user and I will continue communication through HF ONLY.

Let me put into baby talk for you.

You are a seller, you sell milk, you say if the milk is off come back and we got a different one.

The milk went off, the person comes back and says please can i have the one you said you can offer.

Then you don't have new Milk.

The fuck? You offered a new milk therefor fucking provide it if you are offering it, don't lie about it.

You have 4 disputes for a reason clown.

It's always best to copy paste the current TOS while u make a contract so it stays there and he agrees to the terms you stated as well and he can't edit it, it's just a safe measure in future to not get fugged up!
