New to IRC OTR can anyone help me out - xScarface - May 31, 2020
So I tried using IRC OTR with another user and idk if it's my luck or what I can't get this to fully work properly. Let's start out with im using pidgin downloaded the OTR from Cypherpunks and enabled it on tools. Now when he gave me the Domain to use for xmpp and he added me. I saw the chat open but on the bottom of the page to see your friends it would say Available connecting idk why not sure if it's because im on a vpn but I couldn't reply kept getting a message error. I remember at first it was fine he told me to autorize him or something but I didn't know how to. last thing I remember was it saying under the chat "Not private". Also how do i make my own domain so people can communicate with me thanks.
