i have tried many ways to get a persistent meterpreter shell over ngrok but it keeps timing out, i've tried using the sh script backdoor method and when running asks me for INTERACT_ACROSS_USERS_FULL permission, i decompiled and added that permission to the android manifest, the problem here is that everything works well just that it keeps asking me for that same permission anyways. Any ideas?
