boom, money in but i cant use it ......if get decline on every shop and no live rep........ any one with similar experience ?????

Imagine a world where you can get 80% off on gift cards. If I can't get these deals with a an Amex platinum or find it on slick deals, then it's most likely fraud or a scam.

He didn't try to get 80% off on a gift card... He spent $19 to buy the card and then LOADED it with $91 ($110 spent, although I suspect he meant he loaded it with $81 for a total of $100 spent).
