When you type 3 time's your pin wrong. you get locked.
Then you use one thing from the post, and you try to get it unlocked.
Also you can play again with the pass.

You can only unlock certain phones with certain tools eg- SE xs++ setool a2uploader or new nokias with BB5 etc
