Mostly it works without VPN, you may only require VPN to redeem the code, takes a few minutes after that you won't need VPN to stream content.

Because these are not legit giftcards, I am not doing currency exchange. People sell Various Codes for various services here all the time.
Currency Exchange is where you either don't make any money off exchange or you make money through the rate. I am not selling them to exchange to BTC or anything, I am selling the product here not the purchasing power which you can use the purchase something else like Amazon GC. When people go to currency exchange they are looking for fair price not 75% off non-legit acquired gc codes for a service.
This is how I understand it atleast. I have no issues if you want to report it to Staff, I am okay with it being on CE too.
