I always use Kleenscan. You need to register an account, however it is free to scan with extra paid options and doesn't distribute your files. I always use it and had good results! 🙂

With that being said, yes kleenscan is a good one.

I don't recommend free scanners.
I use avcheck.net and I'm very happy with the results.
