Depends where you are buying the traffic from, there is a high risk of you adsense account being banned,

If I were you don't get that AdSense account on jeopardized for it can be closed or revoked by Google for using botted website hits.

I would advice you to generate your traffic with quality contents, don't buy hits, adsense will suspend your account. They have their way of finding out.....
