So my mom is good friends with her neighbor,they talk all the time and even exercise together.Now she has a very large rear end,and one night I was at my moms place and I saw her outside on her front step and I couldn't resist approaching her.So I go up to her and I say hey "how are you".she says shes fine and then I say I've known you for quiet some time and we never really talked and then I asked to come inside.She says ok. We go in i sat down and then she sits down across from me and I asked her if she was single and she says she's seeing someone but this didn't deter me I than asked her to sit next to me and she did but she said it didn't matter because nothings gonna happen anyway.At this point I was still adamant.I rubbed her thigh and she lifted my hand and tapped my wrist but not with much force.And then she makes up some excuse saying she had to do something for a neighbor so I got up and left.Now its been 2 months after the incident,she's seen me and said hello a few times and apparently she never told my mom anything.I would have know if shed talked because my mom would definitely troll me.So my question is is the door still open or is it shut.

This is not sexual assault its escalation.Before people have sex they don't just jump on top of the female,usually there is some sort of touching before that happens if shes not into it she can make that known and then everything stops. Theres a difference between me touching her thigh and grabbing her butt.Most,if not all sexual encounters happen without verbal consent.Have you ever turned to a girl and verbally asked her to have sex probably not.Most of the communication surrounding sexual consent is non verbal.When you first had sex did you ask her the words "do you want to heave sex?" or did you go by cues and body language ?
