So it was something about the article where they didnt find the HDD they needed when they raided him property.... But some how they found it in a kitchen cabinent? Lol so they feds search that good damn... Imagine if someone lives in a mansion all the places the could hide shit. So you telling me feds really search every square inch? Lol

Ye I remember seeing this on HF, I am yet to understand why people sell these products tbh and expect not to get fucked later.
It's a RAT, monitoring anyone is against the law unless you have their consent, and you have no way of tracking the use of software by your clients, unless you have a built in notification system that informs the client PC that their PC is monitored and all actions are logged.
