i would say half and half, my ebook provides the method while i provide guidance if that makes sense.

ie:

i would give answers to your questions and help you out in setting everything up if you don't understand something.
i will also give you tips on SE'ing

I was able to read over the guide provided by telly on how to gain traffic on [BRAND NAME REMOVED] and I haven't seen this method before.

Was given a vouch copy of this method, here is what I have to say about it:

I can clearly tell the seller knows what he's talking about, and the method was great. I haven't seen the method before and I received a nice number of adds once I did it. Cool tips and tricks in the guide too.
