Interpol darknet and crypto guide - Blue Leaks - krisj - Jul 22, 2020
Hey guys, I am interested in getting my hands on this document for research purposes. I study surveillance and crypto, and am very interested to see the methods being taught and advocated by Interpol and other intelligence agencies where the documentation can be found.
The document I am looking for specifically is mentioned in this Decrypt piece: https://decrypt.co/35812/leaked-police-docs-reveal-cryptos-role-in-dark-web-bioweapons-trade. The leaked document I am looking for is "Investigating Biological and Chemical Terrorism on the Darknet".
I hope that this isn't considered a black hat request, but am willing to accept that it might be. If so, please let me know. Obviously I am not some sort of weapons dealer and my research in this area is public already, but I know this is restricted material.
