How do I have one extra stat on B-Rating than on Contracts Completed?
Don't you need to mark a contract as completed to add a B-Rating?

Only user in all of your contracts that is closed, so it's my assumption, although I am quite curious to see if there is another explanation.

It's because you have a contract that the other user marked as complete and b-rated but you haven't marked as complete yet. Go through your open contracts and you will find it I'm sure

Was certain I had all contracts marked as complete though.
