If this is using IRC to communicate it better be SSL encrypted or at least encrypted before you send/rec commands. I mean IRC is a predictable communication protocol. Same with HTTP etc. Just my two cents.

It uses a xor encrypted IRC like protocol, its secure.

I'm not sure you understand what is xor "encryption". It's everything except secure.
