I was looking in a profil, and it suddenly, his owner delerted him, i mean deleted, not blocked me, And i wanna know if there's any website, like archive.org, or something similar i can download pictures from it .

I'm unaware if such archive depository exist. If you ever found one please quote this post and let me know.
Meanwhile, I'll ask my peer group who are actively involved with Instagram Marketing. They might know of something.

If it's recent then you can still Google search the full name then a picture should show up.
